DELIVERY FAQ: SHIPPING & TRACKING

When will my order arrive?
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after order is processed.
Please note deliveries may be delayed due to the greater demand and capacity limitations currently being experienced by our shipping partners.

All back-ordered items ship separately from in-stock items as one final shipment, so that in-stock items may arrive sooner.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking details and estimated delivery for your order. What if my order doesn’t arrive? If you haven’t received your order 2-3 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us so that we can help you locate your package. hello@thermajohn.com
Can I update the delivery address, once it has been shipped?
This is not an available option, due to the regulations of our shipping providers.

SHIPPING POLICY

Lost/damaged package by postal service:
We are not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email, please contact us via our contact page and we will direct you as to how to file a claim with the postal service. Thank you for your understanding.
Returned mail:
We are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping a package that was shipped to a wrong address provided at checkout. The buyer is responsible for shipping to resend the package.
Refused/unclaimed mail:
If delivery is refused by the recipient or a package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded unless it’s returned to Thermajohn. In a case where the package wasn’t returned, a refund will be issued for the item(s) cost only.
Shipping charges:
Shipping charges are non-refundable, under any circumstances.
