BACK-ORDERED & PRE-ORDERED ITEMS
U.S. ORDERS: All back-ordered and pre-ordered items ship separately from in-stock items in one final shipment, so that as a courtesy to you, in-stock items may arrive to you sooner. Approximate shipping dates of pre-ordered and back-ordered items are indicated on the listing’s drop-down menu as, “Early” (1st-10th of the month), “Mid” (10th-20th of the month), or “Late” (20th-31st of the month). These dates are our best estimates and are subject to change at any time. Subsequent shipping methods are chosen at our discretion. You will receive a confirmation email when the remainder of your order ships.
LOST/DAMAGED BY POSTAL SERVICE: We are not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email, please contact us via our contact page and we will direct you as to how to file a claim with the postal service. Thank you for your understanding with this.
RETURNED MAIL: If a package is returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and buyer will need to re-pay shipping and handling costs before we will send the package again.
REFUSED/UNCLAIMED MAIL: If delivery is refused by recipient or package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded unless the package returns to Thermajohn (ThermalJBrands). If the package does return, a refund will be applied for the cost of the items only.
SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

US Online Return Policy
1. Pack the items back in their original state i.e., unused and unwashed with all their tags attached.
2. Fill up the Return Form and enclose it with the package meant to be returned.
3. Ship it to our warehouse within 30 days of the ship date (found on the packing list) on the following address: Thermajohn.com ATTN: Returns 2770 Nostrand Ave Brooklyn, NY 11210
4. Allow us 5 business days from the date of receiving the items to process the refund. It will be made in the original mode of payment. Should it take more than 5 days, we request you to contact your bank.
Thermajohn reserves the right to limit or deny refund. Price adjustments will not be honored.
