Simply pick the thermal wear of your choice from the collection of tops, bottoms, and thermal sets in the size and color that suits you. Click on “Buy Now”, provide an address and make payment. That’s it, very simple.
What should I do if I don’t know my size?
Will I receive any confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail enclosing every detail regarding the order of your thermal wear.
How Do I change my shipping address after an order has been placed?
Since we would like all of our customers to receive their orders in a timely manner, we process all orders almost immediately once it has been placed. To request a change in address, you can contact us, E-mail us at email@example.com or call us at (347) 498-5341. Please keep in mind that it may not be guaranteed incase of shipping out already before you contact us.
How do I cancel an order I placed?

It will be charged only when the order is placed.
When will I receive my refund?
We initiate it from our side in 2 business days and you will be receiving the refund in next 3-5 business days. If you don’t, contact your bank.
How do I return the items?
All you have to do is return the product in its original state – unwashed, unused and all tags intact – to our warehouse in 30 days from the day of purchase. Don’t forget to enclose the Return Form with it.
Can gift items be returned as well?
Yes, gift items can be returned for a complete refund with the same procedure. Include the receiver’s email in the return form if you wish to get a promo code in exchange.
